For many new and seasoned triathletes, jumping into open water swimming can be daunting and cause insecurities. Getting comfortable in this sport means ongoing practice and a open mind about learning and growing.  With the combination of successful and specific swim workouts, ongoing conversation about fears or worries and perhaps even private lessons, you can and will start to approach the swim portion of any triathlon as a gift.
