For many new and seasoned triathletes, jumping into open water swimming can be daunting and cause insecurities about racing. Biking is something that definitely takes courage and willingness. After my 2014 near death accident on the bike course of Ironman Arizona, I've had to work slowly to regain my abilities on bike training and also recognize that proper bike knowledge and training can be key to this sport. For many triathletes, the bike portion of any race can be the longest part of the day. Learning in groups about riding, getting tips and help from your gains and mistakes will overall push greatness and confidence.
Biking in triathlons, and maintaining your strength, composure and skills sharp requires trust in your abilities. Pure Bravery Multisport believes deeply in developing your ability to approach your sport with fearlessness and COURAGE.
